Employee satisfaction
Our annual Employee Engagement & Enablement Survey (EES) allows all KNL employees to express their opinions and give constructive feedback to enhance KNL's work environment. This includes recognising what is working well and what we are proud of, as well as highlighting the areas we can improve on.
In 2025, our survey saw an impressive 92% response rate, highlighting strong engagement across our team. One key metric we track is how likely our employees are to recommend KNL as a great place to work. We are proud to share that, for the second year in a row, 100% of the respondents would recommend KNL as an excellent workplace.
