Employee satisfaction
Our yearly Employee Engagement & Enablement Survey (EES) allows all KNL employees to express their opinions and give constructive feedback to enhance KNL's work environment. This includes recognising what is working well and what we are proud of, as well as highlighting the areas we can improve on.
